You Can Be Living Free!
Inside of you there is another person. Hidden deep in your heart is a person who is everything you have ever thought you could be. This person is fearless, completely able to navigate through every storm of life with peace and confidence. This person is compassionate, able to help and love all of humanity; from the broken to the brash to the boorish. This person is filled with joy, always capable of bringing life and hope to every situation they encounter. This person speaks the truth, knowing that in a world in need of direction, someone must courageously point the way.
This person that resides in you is YOU…the real you; the you that God, your Creator, created you to be. This is the person that, in your heart, you are crying out to be. However, because we live in a world of sin, a world of pain, of rejection, of abandonment, of violence, injustice, abuse, disappointment, and intimidation, this person God created you to be has been imprisoned. Facing such oppressors as fear, depression, anger, and sorrow, YOU have been held captive. But Jesus has come now to set YOU FREE OF THOSE THINGS THAT HAVE HELD YOU PRISONER. Freedom has come to release you to a life full of joy, compassion, love, courage, and a life of experiencing God’s glory and power.
Living Free Course Description
The Living Free course is designed to help the Christian identify who they are in Jesus Christ by removing everything that’s not of God. The Christian will be trained in “authoritative spiritual warfare praying,” and receive instruction to identify “root causes” or “strongholds” that exist behind issues that may be continually frustrating their Christian walk. Participants will receive instruction and application of the Biblical principles of prayer taught by Jesus in the gospels. We will examine commonly found strongholds that war against Christian growth. These may include, but are not limited to, bitterness, rebellion, rejection, negative thoughts, pride, moral failure, the occult, and passivity.
Instruction is provided for the Christian to design a personal strategic prayer of repentance, grounded in Biblical truth, to gain victory over any of the above issues. This includes repenting of sin and receiving the Lord’s forgiveness, using the authority we have in Christ to dismantle strongholds, renouncing any identified lies about God, themselves or others attached to that sin, replacing disobedient behavior with righteous behavior found in God’s Word and receiving the healing work and empowering of the Holy Spirit for victory!
These courses are not considered to be a “magic formula.” Rather, they are meant to equip the Christian with tools for holiness and sanctification resulting in greater intimacy and spiritual fruit in their relationship with their Lord and with others. The principles of prayer found in the Living Free course can transform a person’s attitude towards self, God and others.
